This policy describes how Cralaga Health Systems LLC (“Cralaga,” “we,” “us”) handles information submitted through this public website. It does not govern information processed by CareScan under an agreement with a customer facility.

If you contact us or request a demonstration, you may provide your name, work email, organization, role, and the contents of your message. The current website opens your own email application to send that information directly to sales@cralaga.com; the website itself does not store the form entry.

Our hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How information is used
